Rev. Joseph Mcwin and Mrs. Jayasheela Mcwin are the founders of this organization which was conceived in 1996, till then both of them have been missionaries in india, taking the gospel to the unreached, praying for the sick and walking miles everyday so that people could hear the Good news of Jesus Christ. They have brought the gospel to over 126 villages in where number of churches stand even today. In 1997 Rev. Joseph Mcwin tragically passed away during ministry and Mrs. Jayasheela Mcwin took over for few years and in 2000 their son Satish kumar took over as the CEO till date.

Christ Compassion Trust has grown a lot from it’s humble beginnings. Beginning from a one room and today it reaches out to a lot of people by the Grace of God. There are operations in three different states as of today, we have ministries in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and plans are on to take it further up north to states like Sikkim, Manipur, Mizoram and Assam. The mission has done ministry in some of the most hostile environment and reached out to people in unimaginable conditions. It has been in the forefront of rescuing, reaching, touching and changing Lives in the Name of Jesus.

Christ compassion mission reaches out to children at risk and has rescued a number of children who have gone through their orphanages to be responsible citizens of the society, many of them are employed in multinational companies and some are married.

The church ministry is also a vital part of the mission, CCT has planted hundreds of churches in south india and is continuing on to planting more churches as the Lord leads. Hundreds of small groups were started and the Pastors trained in discipleship in various languages.

Our outreach ministry is huge and we praise God for it. This ministry takes the Gospel right to the people in the regions they are in by door to door ministry, children’s fest, youth meetings, campus meetings, Forums, University Lectures and Bible study. We reach out to people, irrespective of caste, creed or color for Jesus loves them all with the same unconditional Love.

Christ Compassion Trust or CCT as it is known in india, is very well known Organization among the childrens developmental organizations. More then 26 organizations join with Christ compassion trust to help reach out to thousands of children during the children’s fest, which helps and challenges the limit of the talents of the children from the street and orphanages.

The mission has been reaching out to people, touching their hearts through the Gospel of Christ and the Lord is changing hearts. As the Lord Leads we will Go.
