| Orphanages or Children’s Homes were first started in the one room place in a small town called adugodi, though hard to find it on the map, but it was in that town that the Christ compassion trust began, with a heart full of compassion and love of Christ and by faith it was started. Today there have been hundreds of children have come through the orphanages started by Christ compassion trust and have gone on to be responsible citizens of the society, many children have been married and many of them having graduated out of college are working in multi national companies. There are three orphanages started by Christ compassion trust, one in Bangalore in the state of Karnataka, one in surampalem in Andhra Pradesh and one in vellore in tamil nadu. All the three orphanages have similar operations but vary in the compostions of the ethnicity of the children. most of the children have been rescued and they are orphans and some have been abandoned. Few of them are single parent children where the mothers are not able to take care of the children and they are left in the orphanages run by Christ compassion trust. |

| The children are given shelter, clothing, food, education and medical facilities. |

| Many children who live in these orphanages have been rescued or abandoned by their parents. As this children grow up and decide to move out to work or to study the mission supports them till they finish their education, and if the girls plan to marry then the mission takes the responsibility as the parents of the children. many children come back and visit us at times and talk to the children who are presently living in the orphanages. The orphanage provides them with computer classes and tailoring classes, music classes and extra educational classes so they excel in all they do. Some have turned out to be very good in sports. We are happy to see the children grow, each new child brings in a new aura about himself or herself and carries it till he settles down with other kids. Many children have been placed with families willing to take these children and are given to them after strict check up and monitoring for few years. |
